It is hugely gratifying to receive the overwhelming appreciation we have been receiving from many of Roots Country School parents who already share our vision to create a holistic and wonderful learning experience for our students. As a gesture of our appreciation, we are happy to introduce our parent referral program, whereby existing parents can refer other parents and receive a reward once the referred parent’s ward is enrolled.
Referral Process
The process of referral rewards is as follows:
- Write to us with the name and contact details of the referred student/family at panchkula@rootscountryschool.com
- You will receive an acknowledgment from the admissions team.
- We will inform you when the child is enrolled with Roots Country School.
- Your referral reward will be released in two weeks from the date of enrolment.
- You may refer as many parents as you wish and receive your referral award more.
Referral Policy
- Every successful referral will be entitled to receive a reward.
- A referral will be considered successful only: i) if the referred parent mentions in the walk-in & admissions form the full name and details of the referee; ii) once the referred parent enrolls his or her ward at RCS and the fee is paid.
The RCS Referral Program is a platform to thank and suitably reward its existing parents and who believe in RCS’s pedagogy & ideologies and spread positive word of mouth by introducing new students & parents to the RCS Family.
All RCS existing parents who relate deeply to our philosophy & core values and want to extend this knowledge to others through a positive word of reference are eligible to participate in the program.
Our admissions team will validate the contact referred by you. The contact should not be on the school’s online portal or have met with the Admissions Team before the referral. In such a case, it is considered an existing contact and does not qualify.

No, there is no cap to the number of references one can give
You will receive the award in the subsequent term provided the referred child has completed at least 2 weeks.
